An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. y899 will notify the Account holder by email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 to the Real Money Balance of dormant Accounts, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for a further 6 months may be closed without further notice.
